第5章 湫袋駅行き電車内での誘惑

　「At Bankawa Station, they often sprayed me with perfume.(万川駅ではよくも香水をぶっかけてくれたな)」
　剣幕を立てて言った濡烏です。


　「Have you come to be sprayed with perfume again? baby.（また香水をかけられに来たのかい？ベイビー）」
　カークが荷物から香水を出し、ニッと笑いました。


　「If you put on some perfume here, you'll be taken off the road.（ここで香水なんかかけたら、途中で降ろされるぜ）Being a nuisance is something that Japanese people hate.（迷惑行為は日本人が嫌うことなんだよ）」
　カークから香水のニオイがし、濡烏にとってはダメなニオイか、鼻をつまみながら英語で言います。


　「What is that strange voice?（何だよ、そのおかしな声）」
　カークは濡烏の鼻をつまんだときの声にウケていました。


　「It's because I can't smell your perfume and I'm holding my nose.（お前の香水のニオイがダメで鼻をつまんでいるからだよ）Please put up with your weird voice.（声がヘンなの我慢しろ）」
